Job Description: B.E/B. Tech any stream. Mechanical & Civil preferred.
 Proficiency in Inventor/SolidWorks is MUST, and a relevant certification is preferred.
 Minimum 0-3 years of work experience in the field utilizing extensive use of SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
 Swimming pool industry background preferred, but not necessary.
 Proficient with MS Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint) applications
 Must demonstrate solid math, attention to details, time management and multi-tasking
skills.
 Self-motivated learner with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
 Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak season.
 Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze customer requirements
 Effective written and interpersonal communication abilities is must

Responsibilities:



Achieve business targets by delivering high quality designs within stipulated time.  Incorporate training and feedback to improve efficiency and accuracy.  Ability to work in fast paced high volume production design environment  Use existing tools and systems to design products  Ability to establish effective working relationships with internal and international teams  Apply provided constructive feedback for personal development and growth  Capability to work discreetly with highly confidential information such as reports, manuals and design  Support business with working on Saturdays (paid extra) during peak business months.
