Job Summary

Mastropay Technologies Private Limited is hiring a talented UI/UX Designer with 3–4 years of experience to design engaging and user-friendly web and mobile applications. We are looking for a creative professional with a strong understanding of user experience, interface design, and modern design systems.

Candidates from North India will be preferred.

Responsibilities

- Design intuitive UI for web and mobile applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct UX research and usability testing.
- Develop responsive designs for desktop and mobile platforms.
- Build and maintain design systems and UI components.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Improve existing products by identifying usability issues and proposing design solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

Required Skills





- 3–4 years of qualified experience in UI/UX Design.
- Strong expertise in Figma.
- Experience with Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles.
- Understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and accessibility.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
- Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience designing eCommerce, FinTech, ERP, CRM, or SaaS applications is preferred.
- Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Ludhiana are encouraged to apply.
