Role: The Marketing & PR Manager will lead the entire marketing and PR function, ensuring that brand grows in both domestic and international markets. They will be responsible for strategy execution, team coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement PR and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
· Oversee domestic and international PR campaigns, media outreach, and trade show participation.
· Coordinate with leadership and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business needs.
· Build relationships with media, trade organizations, and government bodies.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with industry bodies and associations.
· Track PR and marketing effectiveness using KPIs and analytics tools.
Qualifications:
· 10-12 years of experience in B2B marketing, PR, or corporate communications (preferably in industrial sectors).
· Solid leadership, strategic thinking, and media relations skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
