Job Description
Provides database support for SAP systems in multiple environments including Production, QA, Dev, and Sandbox for multiple environments.
Provides 2nd level support for all tickets related to above including incident, problem, change and release tickets at the discretion of ASO management
Provides expertise to SAP DBA related technologies and best practices to customer and SME personnel based on ASO standards and operational procedures.
Evaluates the SAP Database systems as it relates to application functionality and database integrity and ensures that the systems and environments are aligned with IT SAP personnel outcomes.
Assists teammates responsible for application and support center tasks with input concerning continuous improvement along with the EAOS team.
NOTE:
1. This is a 24*7 project and shortlisted candidates need to be ready for working in Rotational Shift.
