Work place : Mainly Cherthala (office location), but will have to travel to Pollachi (factory location) occassionally.
Essential Skills:
- Language skills: Should be able to speak Tamil (Very Essential), Malayalam and English
- Experience in the documentation and audits for ISO, BSCI/SEDEX is preferred
- Management Skills: Ability to participate actively in human resource allocation and recruitment process, manage the inventory levels, management of vehicles and general administration.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively in Tamil and Malayalam
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day planning: Participate actively in day to day planning of administrative tasks and report on the same
- Inventory management :
Check and manage the inventory levels/stocks to support the production plan
- Vehicle maintenance : Regular checking of vehicle status and arranging the maintenance works on time
- Human resources management : maintain HR records, assist in wages distribution, posting and followup on recruitment ads
- Branch operations administration & coordination: Coordinate operations with head office (Kerala). Proficiency in Tamil and Malayalam is very essential.
