Job Summary

Stichwell Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Purchase Executive to handle the sourcing and procurement of Fittings, Lining, Reinforcement Materials, Hardware, Trims, and Accessories used in the manufacturing of Leather Bags, Wallets, Belts, and Small Leather Goods (SLG).

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of leather goods materials, good vendor connections, excellent negotiation and follow-up skills, and the ability to ensure timely availability of materials for sampling and bulk production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and procure fittings, hardware, lining, reinforcement materials, trims, and accessories.
- Handle materials such as zippers, sliders, buckles, locks, hooks, rings, rivets, eyelets, snaps, metal fittings, lining fabrics, reinforcement materials, threads, tapes, adhesives, and other accessories.
- Develop and maintain reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and finalize purchases.
- Coordinate with vendors for sample development, approvals, bulk orders, and timely deliveries.
- Ensure materials are purchased as per required quality, specifications, price, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up closely with suppliers to avoid material shortages and production delays.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Sampling, Production, Stores,



and Quality teams.
- Identify and develop recent vendors and alternative materials for better quality, pricing, and delivery.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, delivery schedules, and pending order trackers.

Required Skills:

✔ Robust knowledge of Fittings, Lining, Reinforcement Materials, Hardware & Accessories

✔ Experience in purchasing materials for Leather Bags, Wallets, Belts, or SLG

✔ Strong vendor sourcing and negotiation skills

✔ Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities

✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and computer applications

✔ Ability to work independently and meet strict production deadlines

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in Purchase / Procurement of Fittings, Lining, Reinforcement, Hardware, Trims, or Accessories.
- Experience in the Leather Goods / Bags & Wallets Industry is strongly preferred.
