Job Title: IT Administrator

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Administrator to manage and maintain our IT systems, infrastructure, and support services. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot system issues, manage hardware/software installations, and ensure data security and network efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, routers, and servers.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues for employees across departments.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
- Maintain internal networks, ensure internet uptime, and manage firewalls and security tools.
- Provide technical support to users and respond to IT-related queries or problems.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and manage AMC/vendor coordination.




- Ensure data backup systems are functional and implement security protocols.
- Set up new workstations, emails, and system access for new joiners.
- Monitor system performance and suggest upgrades or improvements when needed.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for software licenses, system repairs, and support.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with Windows and Linux OS, antivirus solutions, and basic networking tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
