Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our agile team. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance with company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for various banking products and services.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of banking professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery, resolving complex customer issues and building robust, lasting relationships.




- Manage the branch budget, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
- Actively participate in community events and local business associations to promote the branch and build a strong community presence.
- Implement and enforce robust security and fraud prevention measures to safeguard branch assets and customer information.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, identifying training and development needs.
- Ensure compliance with all banking laws, regulations, and internal policies, including AML and KYC procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for improved service.
