We are seeking a skilled Photo Editor with a keen eye for detail and a strong editorial approach to join our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit and enhance wedding photographs to create a cohesive and visually appealing final product.
- Implement an editorial approach to photo editing, focusing on storytelling, composition, and emotion in each image.
- Work closely with photographers to understand their vision and ensure that the final edits align with their style and intent.
- Perform color correction, retouching, and creative adjustments to elevate the quality of each image.
- Organize and manage photo files efficiently to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Prepare final images for various formats, including prints, albums, and digital delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve editing skills and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

- 1 to 5 years of experience in photo editing, preferably within the wedding or event photography industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite,



particularly Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and photographic techniques.
- An editorial mindset with the ability to curate images that tell a compelling story.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
