Job Title: Hindi Telesales Executive

Location: Erode (Food and Accommodation will be provided for the other district candidates who are ready to relocate to Erode).

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Hindi Telesales Executive to contact potential and existing customers, explain our products/services, and close sales over the phone. The candidate should have good Hindi communication skills, convincing ability, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided data
- Explain company products/services clearly in Hindi
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain call records and update CRM/system details
- Follow up with interested customers to close deals
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Requirements:

- Valuable spoken Hindi (mandatory)




- Basic English understanding preferred
- Prior telesales / telecalling experience is an advantage
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge

Any Graduate
