Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical issues promptly.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Epic Systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools to track and manage application health.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business-critical systems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively document issues and solutions and interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and best practices in application support.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Epic Systems.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
