Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
2. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
3. Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
4. Utilize social media and other networking tools to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide support in sourcing candidates.
7. Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to expand our talent pipeline.
