Salary Range: 60k to 90k

Roles:

1. Accounting & Finalization

- Handle finalization of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Ensure accurate accounting as per applicable accounting standards.

2. Taxation & Compliance

- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare, review, and file tax returns within prescribed timelines.

3. Audit

- Conduct and support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

4. ROC Compliance

- Handle ROC filings and ensure compliance with the Companies Act.




- Maintain statutory records and coordinate with regulatory authorities.

5. Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial performance and present reports to management.

6. Budgeting & Financial Analysis

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor budget utilization and provide variance analysis.

7. MIS & Process Improvement

- Prepare MIS reports using Advanced MS Excel.
- Recommend process improvements to strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency.

Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
- Candidates with experience in CA firms or financial consultancy firms will be preferred.
