Security Guard Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Verify identity cards, visitor passes, gate passes, and material movement documents.
- Conduct regular patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, utility sections, and factory premises.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, vehicles, deliveries, dispatches, and incidents.
- Prevent unauthorized access, theft, pilferage, and damage to company property.
- Inspect outgoing materials against approved gate passes and dispatch documents.
- Monitor high-risk areas such as cotton storage, yarn warehouses, fabric warehouses, chemical stores, and electrical rooms.
- Respond effectively to emergencies, including fire alarms, medical incidents, and security threats.




- Assist in evacuation procedures during emergencies.
- Report incidents, safety concerns, and unusual activities to the Security Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety procedures..
