Job Summary :
VRN INC. (Signature Group) is looking for a dynamic and energetic Project Manager to manage client interactions at project sites and assist in the overall customer handling process. The candidate will be responsible for attending walk-in clients, conducting property visits, explaining project details, and maintaining regular follow-ups to support the sales team in generating conversions.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy field work, client interaction, and real estate sales exposure. Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities :
Attend and assist clients at project/site locations
Conduct property and site visits for prospective customers
Explain project features, pricing, amenities, and location benefits to clients
Coordinate and guide clients during site tours professionally
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients after visits
Coordinate with the Sales and BDM team regarding client requirements and updates
Maintain proper records of client visits and feedback
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for better conversion opportunities
Requirements :
Positive communication skills in Hindi (basic English communication preferred)
Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality
Ability to interact professionally with clients
Willingness to travel locally for site visits and field work
Basic understanding of sales/customer handling preferred
Candidate with a two-wheeler and valid driving license will be preferred
Education : Graduation in Any specialization
Experience : 0-3 year of experience
Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills can also apply
