We are seeking an experienced and proactive Solar Engineer to join our team at Stergy Cleantech Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage site surveys, design, briefing, and quality control processes.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of services and optimize processes.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction.
- ​Ensure availability of necessary tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant field)
- ​Minimum 1 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in solar/renewable energy.
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- ​Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- ​Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- ​Willingness to travel to project sites.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
