Job Description:

1. Online Banking (Payments/User Creation/Bill Lodgement)

2. Forex Handling(Booking forward/Export)

3. Knowledge of DGFT portal / IEC/IES

4. Data Submission

5. Preparing & issuing various types of Bank Guarantees , Maintaining record of all Bank Guarantees. Coordination with other departments. Handling over Bank advices after checking charges to A/C dept.

6. Preparing monthly Bank Reconciliation statement. Keeping appropriate checks on bank charges and interest on loans /OD A/C levied by banks. Preparing & drafting letters viz. RTGS, NEFT, Fund Transfer , DD, FDR etc.

7. Making Foreign Remittance, CA Certificate, Financial Certificate, Solvency Certificate, Bank Credit Line Certificate.

Relationship management with Banks,NBFC, Consortium meeting with Bankers. Due follow up with Credit Raring Co. handling Corporate Net Banking and as and when duty assigns by Superior Authority.

9. Coordinating with 3rd parties for Banking related compliance, vendor compliance(KYC/Data Submission/E-document filling), LEI, DGFT, ECGC,CBIL, Trade Council, Legal Entity Identifier

10. Stock statement, Import payment, Export Realization, Export data processing & Monitoring system.
