We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage our daily financial data entry operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in basic accounting principles, excellent typing speed, and a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. This role is essential for ensuring our daily transactions are recorded smoothly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately input daily financial transactions, including purchase orders, sales invoices, and expense receipts, into the accounting system.
- Maintain and update the general ledger, daily cash book, and bank book.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Assist with daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Manage and record petty cash transactions.
- Verify the accuracy of documents and financial data before entry, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital financial files and records.




- Assist the senior accounting team with month-end closing activities and report generation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Pursuing or Graduate in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in accounts data entry or a junior accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software - Tally and MS Excel.
- Robust understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in typing and data entry.
- Good time-management skills and the ability to meet daily deadlines.
- Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
