Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to drive on-ground sales and expand our client base. The role involves meeting potential clients, pitching services, and converting leads into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and visit potential clients in assigned areas
- Generate leads through field activities, networking, and references
- Pitch company services and explain value propositions clearly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and gather competitor insights
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
- Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and closures

Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience in field sales or direct sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
