About the Role

Ninja Digital Solutions is looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks, and able to coordinate effectively across different teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with the design, content, SEO, and performance marketing teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Track project timelines, task progress, and deadlines.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and organize operational records.
- Assist in client onboarding and maintain project-related documentation.
- Follow up with internal teams for pending tasks and deliverables.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and record meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Identify process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in operations or administration .
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of digital marketing workflows is an added advantage.
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
