- Working Model: Onsite
- Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram
- Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays
- Timings: 10:00am - 6:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Role: Full-time
- CTC: ₹18K – ₹21k/per month (depending on experience) Additional Benefits: Flexible work hours, learning exposure, cross-functional experience across PR + marketing + production

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across various platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content as per the content calendar.
- Coordinate with the graphic design, video editing, and content teams to ensure timely execution of posts and campaigns.
- Assist in implementing social media strategies to improve brand awareness, engagement, and reach.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports on key metrics.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries promptly while maintaining the brand's tone of voice.
- Research social media trends, competitor activities, and content ideas to keep the brand relevant.
- Support influencer outreach, PR activities, and brand collaborations.




- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all social media platforms.
- Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and best practices to suggest fresh content ideas.

Important Note

This is a dynamic and broad role. While the above outlines key responsibilities, it is not limited to them. As you will be working closely with leadership and multiple client accounts, you may be assigned additional tasks related to digital marketing, campaign strategy, reporting and business requirements.

Who We’re Looking For

- Prior experience in influencer marketing, PR, media relations, or communications (agency experience preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to handle multiple influencer and brand campaigns simultaneously
- Good understanding of influencer ecosystem, media landscape, and digital storytelling
- Strong execution capabilities with cross-functional coordination skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
- Strong writing and strategic thinking ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
