Requirements

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience generating business through platforms like Guru, Freelancer, Upwork, PeoplePerHour, etc.
- Ability to participate in pre-bid activities, follow-ups, and effectively outperform competitor bids
- Robust understanding of IT services, custom software, mobility solutions, and current technology trends
- Capability to propose technical solutions across .NET, PHP, mobile, and open-source technologies for websites, intranets, CRMs, eCommerce, and business applications
- Proven ability to close projects and effectively present an IT project portfolio
- Experience in developing proposals and responding to RFPs through research and customized proposal writing
- Skilled in negotiating terms and drafting formal agreements, contracts, and proposals
- Strong expertise in key account management, portfolio management, and client retention
