Required experience: 1 to 3 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead stakeholder discussions, facilitate requirement gathering sessions, and resolve cross-functional conflicts.
- Translate high-level business objectives into clear, actionable requirements.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts, ensuring quality and consistency in documentation and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
- Utilize data analytics and KPIs to support strategic planning and business decisions.
- Manage and track deliverables using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, Balsamiq, or Power BI.




- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story creation.
- Oversee UAT planning, manage defect life cycles, and ensure change management compliance.
- Conduct workshops, deliver product demos, and provide end-user training when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 2-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT Software Service domains.
- Proficient in business process modeling, requirement gathering, and data analysis.
- Skilled in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, and other business analysis platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in the service industry, particularly IT services.
- Capability to support and collaborate on both pre-sales and post-sales Business Analysis (BA) activities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
