- Manage the academy's day-to-day office operations.
- Maintain student admission records and documentation.
- Organize physical and digital files.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and professional.
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media enquiries.
- Explain course details, fees, schedules, and policies.
- Process admissions and maintain student databases.
- Follow up with prospective students until enrolment.
- Address student queries and resolve routine concerns.
- Monitor student attendance and participation.
- Follow up with absent or inactive students.
- Conduct basic Spoken English and communication skills sessions.
- Guide students in speaking practice and classroom activities.
- Evaluate students' progress and provide feedback.
- Prepare class schedules and trainer timetables.
- Coordinate online and offline classes.
- Ensure classrooms and training materials are ready before each session.
- Assist trainers during training programs.
- Collect course fees and issue receipts.
- Maintain payment records.
- Follow up on pending fee payments.
- Prepare basic financial reports.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages professionally.
- Send class reminders and important announcements.
- Coordinate communication between students, trainers, and management.
- Respond to enquiries generated through social media.




- Share promotional materials with prospective students.
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Support admission campaigns.
- Prepare certificates, attendance sheets, and student reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and academy records.
- Create letters, notices, and official documents.
- Monitor office supplies and stationery.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Report maintenance requirements.
- Ensure all office equipment functions properly.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Client service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media is an added advantage.
- Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Full-time office-based role.
- Combination of administration, student counselling, and basic English training.
- Regular interaction with students, parents, trainers, and management.
- Responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining high standards of customer service and student satisfaction.

Pay: ₹8,646.95 - ₹20,000.00 per month
