Job Purpose

- To ensure timely statutory compliance, employee onboarding, and maintenance of labour law records.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process monthly ESIC, PF, PT, and LWF workings, challans, and statutory returns.
- Handle ESIC IP card generation, PF/ESIC seeding, PF status verification, and employee statutory queries.
- Manage Shop & Establishment registrations, renewals, amendments, Trade Licenses, and statutory notice closures.
- Coordinate gratuity claim processing with LIC and statutory submissions.




- Maintain statutory registers, mandatory labour law notices, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with branch admins, consultants, and government authorities to ensure timely compliance across all locations.

Key Skills

- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Shop & Establishment Act, Gratuity, Bonus, and other labour laws.
- Robust documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS.
- Qualification & Experience
- Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in HR statutory compliance and employee lifecycle management.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
