About the job Key responsibilities:

1. Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, social media, directories, and databases.
2. Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn, email campaigns, job portals, and other lead generation tools.
3. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying decision-makers and collecting accurate contact information.
4. Initiate outreach through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other communication channels.
5. Qualify leads based on business requirements and schedule meetings for the sales team.
6. Maintain and update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and customer information.
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
8. Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
