ESEPL Group is looking for a skilled and responsible Data Entry Operator (DEO) having excellent knowledge of MS Excel along with valuable Hindi and English typing skills. The candidate will be responsible for data entry, preparation of reports, maintenance of official records, and day-to-day documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate and timely data entry of official records and documents.

Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, MIS reports, salary/attendance data and other reports.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, formatting, and data management.

Prepare official letters, reports, and documents using MS Word.

Must have good typing speed and accuracy in both Hindi and English.

Maintain employee/project-related databases and records.

Handle scanning, printing, emailing,



and digital documentation.

Verify entered data and identify/correct errors.

Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Project, and Operations departments for data requirements.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company and employee records.

Mandatory Skills

MS Excel proficiency is mandatory. Candidates must have good Hindi & English typing skills, MS Word knowledge, email/internet knowledge, and strong attention to detail.

Candidates with previous experience as a Data Entry Operator, Computer Operator, or MIS Executive, particularly in government projects, manpower outsourcing, or similar organizations, will be preferred.
