We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for attracting and hiring the right talent to support our company’s continued growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Understand hiring needs and develop clear job descriptions.
- Actively search for candidates through job portals, social networks, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist suitable applicants.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
- Follow up with selected candidates and support the onboarding process.
- Help manage basic HR documentation and support day-to-day HR functions.

What We’re Looking For:

- trong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in interacting with candidates across different roles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with hiring tools is helpful but not required.
- Previous experience in recruitment is a plus, though freshers are welcome to apply.
