- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features, quality, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up with customers regarding new collections, offers, and promotions.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-presented.
- Replenish stock on shelves and monitor product availability.
- Assist customers with billing and payment processes using POS systems.
- Support stock verification, inventory management, and replenishment.
- Ensure accurate handling of products and maintain inventory records.




- Maintain daily sales records and customer interaction reports.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager for sales updates and promotional activities.
- Support marketing campaigns and in-store events.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience in the lifestyle, fashion, or jewellery industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
