Your Role & Responsibilities:

Outbound Marketing: Initiate outbound calls to prospects and existing databases to promote banking products, including Savings Account openings, Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), Mutual Funds, and Loans (such as Gold Loans).

Customer Convincing: Engage potential customers professionally, understand their financial needs, and convincingly explain the benefits of investing or banking with Lokmanya Society.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Convert potential inquiries into verified leads and coordinate with the internal sales/branch teams for smooth onboarding and documentation.

Database Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback,



and lead statuses in the CRM.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily Answered call volume metrics and monthly New Account Opening targets (Minimum 3 Recent Accounts Per Day) set by the management.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Any Graduate (preferred)

Experience*: 1–2 year in Telecalling (banking/co-operative/finance sector preferred)

Languages: Kokani languages mandatory

Fluent in Marathi & Hindi

Basic understanding of English

Key Skills:

✔Excellent verbal communication

✔Persuasive and people-friendly attitude

✔Basic knowledge of banking/financial products is a plus
