Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage and support our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development, contributing to a productive and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Assist in performance management, appraisals, and training programs.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Handle HR documentation, contracts, and internal communications.
- Support payroll processing in coordination with finance (if applicable).
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and HR-related queries.
