Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and academically driven Assistant Professors to support teaching, mentoring, and academic development for BBA and MBA programs across partner universities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures for BBA & MBA subjects including Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Business Analytics, and Strategic Management, Logistics
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, presentations, and assessments.
- Mentor students for academics, projects, and career development.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and project supervision.
- Support curriculum development and academic planning.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
- Encourage research activities and industry collaborations.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA with First Class from a recognized university.
- NET / PhD preferred.
- 5–8 years of teaching experience in BBA/MBA programs preferred.
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of LMS and digital teaching tools.
- Industry experience will be an added advantage.
