- Sand Testing: Analyze sand mixtures for moisture, permeability, and green strength to ensure proper mold preparation.
- Metal Analysis: Perform chemical, metallurgical, and mechanical testing on iron samples to ensure they meet specifications.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished castings for defects, irregularities, and dimensional accuracy.
- Furnace Coordination: Coordinate with melting teams for sample testing and adjustment of charge mix.
- Laboratory Maintenance: Maintain calibration of equipment, including spectrometers and hardness testers.
- Documentation: Maintain test reports, metallurgical records, and 5S system standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
