Job Description for Digital Marketing Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-forward Digital Marketing Trainer to lead our "Next-Gen" curriculum. You will be responsible for upgrading our students' skills from traditional marketing to AI-driven growth strategies and modern search algorithms.

Job Type: Full-time, In office

Key Responsibilities

- Search Everywhere Optimization: Teaching SEO strategies for "Non-Google" platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Marketing Automation: Delivering hands-on sessions on HubSpot, Zapier, and AI-driven CRM workflows.
- Performance Marketing: Training on AI-bidding strategies for Meta and Google Ads to maximize ROI with less manual effort.
- Curriculum Development: Regularly updating course modules to reflect the weekly changes in the AI marketing landscape.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 2+ years of core training experience at a reputed Delhi-based institute (e.g., IIDE,



Digital Vidya, DIDM, DSIM, or Digiperform).
- Proven Track Record: Ability to showcase live projects where AI tools were used to improve marketing efficiency.
- Communication: Exceptional command over English and Hindi with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for students.
- Technical Stack: Expert knowledge of AI prompting, Google Search Console (AI era), Canva AI, and Marketing Analytics.
- Must be teaching in some reputed institute of Digital Marketing
- English is must
