The HR Executive is responsible for managing the organization's human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, training. The role ensures a positive work workplace while supporting the company's business objectives and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Work with leading corporates and multinational companies to understand their manpower requirements across roles, levels, and locations
- Source and identify suitable candidates through internal databases, references, and job portals such as Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn
- Review and analyze CVs from multiple sources to assess candidate suitability
- Connect with shortlisted candidates to evaluate their credentials and interest, and gather references for further sourcinG




- Share suitable candidates with clients, coordinate interviews, and manage the process until the candidate successfully joins the organization.

Requirements-

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year in Human Resources.
