Heading Overall QA/QC function.
(In-process Quality, Final Inspection, Customer Quality & Supplier Quality.)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POSTION *

Handling In-process Quality, Final Inspection, Customer Quality & Supplier Quality.
Part of CFT for Current Product Development - APQP & PPAP reviews.
Responsible for QMS implementation & Adherence.
Responsible for Customer Complaint and warranty issues.
Attend Daily Operation Review, feedback for Quality Issues / Alerts.
Conduct Daily Quality Meetings and addressing day to day quality issues of In process, Final Inspection and Customer with all the departments and ensuring proper actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Ensure CSR adherance.
Leading & Monitoring Scrap Reduction Projects.
Additional Support to Supplier Quality for Audits & Continual Improvement.




Training to staffs on Various Quality Topics like 7QC Tools, 5Core Tools, IATF Awareness, CSR Awareness, 8D, Quality Gate, NC Handling etc.
5'S Champion for Plant - Leading 5'S improvement drive
