Job Purpose:

To operate and monitor the PLC-based fully automatic Quick Lime Hydration Plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous production while maintaining product quality and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate the PLC-based fully automatic Quick Lime Hydration Plant.

· Monitor plant parameters and ensure smooth plant operation.

· Start up, shut down, and control the plant as per SOPs.

· Monitor lime feeding, hydration process, temperature, and product quality.

· Identify and troubleshoot basic operational issues and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.

· Ensure daily production targets are achieved.

· Maintain production records, shift reports, and log sheets.

· Follow all safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.

· Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and packing teams for smooth plant operations.

· Keep the plant and work area clean and maintain good housekeeping.

Qualification & Experience :

· Diploma in Mechanical,



Chemical, Mining, or Production Engineering, or equivalent qualification.

· 2–5 years of experience in operating automatic Quick Lime Hydration Plant.

· Good knowledge of PLC operation, process control, and HMI systems.

· Experience in handling quick lime, hydrated lime, or similar process plants will be preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

· Plant uptime and availability.

· Daily production target achievement.

· Product quality as per specification.

· Reduction in process downtime.

· Safe plant operation with zero safety violations.

· Accurate shift reports and production records.

· Housekeeping and compliance with SOPs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
