We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Specialist to accelerate growth and strengthen our brand presence. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to build a robust digital presence and lasting customer relationships
- Design, maintain, and manage engaging content for the organization’s website and other digital platforms
- Manage and grow company presence across social media channels to enhance visibility and lead generation
- Launch and optimize marketing campaigns and online advertisements to increase brand awareness
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business development and marketing goals
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to guide strategy improvements and decision-making
- Support business development initiatives including client outreach, presentations, and proposals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business,



or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms
- Proven experience in B2B social media, content creation, and digital campaigns
- Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with business posts on Social Media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook & X
- Experience with Google Ads
- Prior experience in startups or other fast-paced environments preferred
- Only experienced candidates will be considered

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, or related fields
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and work independently in an evolving environment
