- Educational Qualification – Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Relevant Experience – Minimum 2–5 years of experience in building, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects.
- Technical Knowledge – Solid knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing works, drawings, BOQ, estimation, and quantity surveying.
- Site Supervision – Ability to supervise daily site activities, contractors, and labor to ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Quality Control – Ensure construction quality by following IS codes, project specifications, and conducting material/work inspections.
- Planning & Execution – Prepare work schedules, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Software Skills – Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project,



and basic knowledge of ERP/software used in construction.
- Safety Compliance – Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and statutory regulations at the construction site.
- Communication & Coordination – Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Documentation & Reporting – Maintain daily progress reports, measurement books (MB), billing records, material reconciliation, and project documentation.
