Recent Product Development

 To conduct feasibility study

 To organize BOM (Bill of Materials)

 To prepare configuration management records and audits.

 To organize product drawings and catalogues.

 To organize kick of meeting and prepare GANTT chart for sample

preparation.

 Ensure availability of tooling’s, Jigs, gauges, etc.

 Follow up and completion of sample preparation and FA qualification.

 Handle product qualification audits and closure of NC’s, if raised

 Continual up-gradation of process through KAIZENs, maintenance of

documents & records, DRN & ECN management.

Process Engineering

 To ensure availability of process standards

 To prepare PPAP documents

 To identify critical parameters and decide inspection criteria, in

coordination with QA.

 To prepare operation standards(O/S), work instruction, SOPs and

workmanship standards

 To standardize tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges and testing methods.

 To fix the cycle time for all products.

 To conduct process capability study, DFMEA & PFMEA.





 To conduct RISK analysis.

Leadership

 To lead the manufacturing team and ensure smooth transition, while

handing over the product for mass Production.

 To verify the process periodically, to ensure that, production processes

are carried out, as per derived standards

 To handle all internal & external audits.ie. for QMS,EMS,OHS & AS

9100C.

Communication

 To ensure effective communication with Internal and External suppliers

& customers, pertaining to product development and process

improvement.

Continual Improvement

 To work on continual improvement on product up-gradation, process

improvement, value engineering etc. In line with the guidelines from the

Management.

Other Assignments

 As assigned by the Management from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
