Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Update recruitment trackers and HR databases.
- Support daily HR administrative activities.
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing graduation (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage.
