Post: Production Engineer for Manufacturing

Salary : 32000 - 35000/ -

Location : Khordha, Odisha

Job Responsibility:

- Plan, monitor, and optimize production processes to achieve production targets.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Maintain product quality by following quality standards and procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Train production operators on equipment operation and safety practices.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and coordinate with procurement when needed.
- Work closely with quality, maintenance, logistics, and planning departments to ensure smooth operations.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
