Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management

- Manage product listings, catalog updates, pricing, and inventory on Amazon, Flipkart, IndustryBazaar, IndiaMART & company website

- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and compliance for electrical SKUs

2. Sales & Performance

- Track daily sales, orders, returns, and marketplace dashboards

- Run offers, coupons, and campaigns to improve visibility and conversion

- Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch, stock updates & order fulfillment

3. Product & Content

- Create SEO-friendly listings with keywords relevant to electrical products

- Coordinate with design team for product images, banners, and creatives

- Collect customer reviews and manage Q&A; for listings

4. Analytics & Coordination

- Prepare weekly reports on sales, traffic, ad spends, and competitor pricing

- Liaise with Marketing for ads, with Accounts for payments/reconciliation, and with SCM for stock

- Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalations

Key Skills Required

- 1-3 yrs experience in e-commerce for FMCG/D2C/Manufacturing preferred.



Electrical industry experience is a plus

- Hands-on with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, IndiaMART

- Basic knowledge of SEO, MS Excel, and marketplace ads

- Understanding of product cataloging, inventory, and order management

- Valuable communication and coordination skills
