Job Description: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Position: Sales Executive

Location: As per company requirement

Experience: 0–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, site visits, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends and project details.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience in real estate is preferred.
- Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Narsinghpur, Gurugram, Haryana
