Presales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Presales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Answer customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.




- Fresher’s and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
