Job Brief

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing ideas to life through high-quality visual concepts. You will design assets for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and print media, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand identity across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Concept Development: Brainstorm, conceptualize, and create original visual content for digital marketing, social media, websites, and print materials.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold our brand guidelines, ensuring all designs align with the company’s identity and voice.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to translate project briefs into impactful visual assets.
- Asset Creation: Design a wide variety of assets including banners, social media graphics, infographics, presentation decks, logos, and promotional layouts.
- Revision & Polish: Gather feedback from stakeholders and iteratively refine designs to achieve optimal results.
- File Management: Organize and maintain a clean library of design files, templates, and final assets for future use.

Requirements & Qualifications





- Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role (a strong portfolio of diverse design work is required).
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or digital design tools like Figma or Canva.
- Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively pitch ideas and work across teams.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
