Position Summary

The Tour Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing tour packages while ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves itinerary preparation, hotel and transport coordination, client communication, supplier management, and operational support before, during, and after tours.

Key Responsibilities

Tour Planning & Operations

- Design and customize domestic and international tour itineraries.
- Prepare tour quotations and cost estimates.
- Coordinate hotel bookings, transport, sightseeing, guides, and other travel services.
- Ensure smooth execution of group and FIT (Free Independent Traveller) tours.
- Handle last-minute changes and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Promote tour packages and seasonal offers.

Customer Service

- Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, visas, permits, and travel requirements.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction throughout the travel journey.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Tourism, Travel Management,



Hospitality, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Fresh graduates with internships in travel agencies are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in the travel industry is an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Assamese.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of Indian and international travel destinations.
- Ability to prepare attractive itineraries and quotations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for tour coordination.
- Experience in social media communication and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Northeast India tourism is highly desirable.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: As per company norms and experience.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
