PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

a.Scope of role

- To set up new franchise for channel expansion and initial support in North region

b. Responsibilities

- Working strongly on identifying current territory for channel expansion.
- Plan and execute business development strategies and hand holding for new setup centre.
- Sales reviews of new franchise team and conduct training.

c. Key deliverables

- Setting up new franchise, Handle all queries and help them understand the aspects to focus upon meeting the targets. Training and staffing of new centre.

Duties:

- Graduate with minimum 4+ years’ experience in Business Development & Channel expansion.
- MBA preferred
- Age group between 27 – 35years
- Good communication skills English /Hindi
