Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on *Facebook & Instagram* using *Meta Ads Manager*.

✅ Drive website traffic, WhatsApp lead generation, and lead form campaigns.

✅ Manage and grow our official social media pages with engaging, platform-native content.

✅ Create and edit high-quality videos using *Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut*.

✅ Handle photography and videography using skilled cameras and mobile devices.

✅ Record, host, shoot, and edit podcasts from start to finish.

✅ Monitor campaign performance with *Google Analytics* and optimize for ROI, conversions, and engagement.

✅ Track website visitor behaviour and improve ad targeting strategies.

✅ Collaborate closely with the marketing team to achieve business goals.

✅ Leverage AI tools like *ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini*, and AI video/content platforms to create impactful campaigns.

✅ Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform algorithms,



and emerging content formats.

Requirements:

✔ 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing & Meta Ads Management.

✔ Strong content creation skills with a creative and original approach.

✔ Proficiency in video editing software (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).

✔ Hands-on experience in photography and videography.

✔ Experience in podcast production is a plus.

✔ Working knowledge of Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking.

✔ Familiarity with AI-powered content and video generation tools.

✔ Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

✔ Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
