We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Hospital Administration Trainee to join our healthcare team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in hospital operations, patient coordination, and administrative management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily hospital/clinic administrative operations
- Support patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front office management
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for smooth workflow
- Help in billing, insurance processing, and documentation
- Monitor inventory and assist in stock management
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or prior experience in hospital/clinic settings
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and patient care processes
